<p>On Saturday Cathy, James and Rob attended their first CrossFit competition. They were very nervous and excited. Just being there took a lot of courage. Workout after workout they gave it their all and left nothing behind. We are all very proud of them. They are now eager to get better and be ready for the next competition.<br />
Mike, George and Neil will be competing this coming Saturday at <span style="color: #0000ff;"><a title="CFQ" href="http://www.crossfitqueensny.com/" target="_blank"><span style="color: #0000ff;">CrossFit Queens</span></a></span>. Wish them the best when you see them in class.</p>
