Step 1. Free Trial
This class is designed to give you an overview of what we do and why we do it! They can be completed by anyone regardless of experience or fitness level. Please note trial classes are offered only Monday – Friday.
To reserve a free trial, click on the link below to our online scheduler at MindBody.
Choose any of the times available under “CrossFit” (Monday-Friday Only)
When asked for payment select “Free Trial”
Reservation is required, no walk-ins accepted. Arrive at least 15 minutes early.
Please follow the directions below to our location as we are difficult to find.

Directions to our location:
*Go to the end of Cedar street and make a left into Palisade street. Then go into the first driveway on your right. Proceed to the bottom of the hill and park on the right side of the building. We are located on the lower level.
Step 2. Foundations Course
Before joining the CrossFit classes you must complete our “Foundations Course”. We schedule 3 private classes for you and a coach where you’ll learn the core movements most frequently used in our group classes. This course focuses on proper technique to ensure your safety in our program. The fee is $75.

Step 3. Join a Group Class
At the completion of the foundations course you’ll be ready to join our group classes. Simply choose one of our monthly memberships based on the amount of times you want to attend (we highly recommend 3x a week). You’re now part of our wonderful community.
We offer private lessons for those who are looking for a specific type of training. Whether is weightlifting, bodybuilding, gymnastics, endurance, flexibility/mobility or general fitness, we can definitely help you.
