		<description>wow, Olga the destroyer finally found the wod that broke the Bravo&#039;s back! this one was suspect, as I wasn&#039;t sure how difficult it was going to actually be, except that it was a metcon killer that was going to have me gasping for air. One day I will give this wod it&#039;s fair 8 rounds, I promise you that, but I will need a good hour to get thru it!</description>
