Class Update: There is no 6am class today.
There will be no classes on May 22 and 23. We will be at the CrossFit Regionals in Albany.
Important Updates
We are having a great new year. A lot of new faces and tough bodies have joined us. We are very excited about the CrossFit community that we are building. And because of that growth we’ll be adding more classes.
