A. For 10 minutes play around the same way you used to when you were a kid at the playground. Roll around on the ground, attempt handstands, climb, jump, chase, run and most important, smile while you’re doing it!
B. For time:

20 second chin-up hold x 3
10 Strict Handstand Push-ups
20 Power Cleans, 50/35 dumbbells
30 Hollow rocks
40 Walking lunges, 50/35 dumbbell
