Try this challenge: as many overhead squats as possible in 30 seconds. Total load on the barbell must be equal to your bodyweight. Time starts when the barbell is overhead.
A. 10 min AMRAP
15 Burpees + 15 Air squats then max reps Pull-ups.
*Every time you come off the bar start again with burpees.
B. 5 RFT
