Many of you had many questions about the challenge. Below are answers to many of those questions and some more additional info.
When does the challenge start?
It begins on May 2nd and ends on June 24th. A total of 8 weeks.
When and what are the Baseline WODs?
There will be 3 baseline WODs the first week of the challenge. The same 3 WODs will be repeated the last week of the challenge to measure your performance improvement. These workouts will be short, from 3 to 10 minute duration. They’ll be part of the daily WOD.
What diet should I follow?
We need to learn how to eat, not how to diet. No matter what kind of nutrition you want to follow you have to keep track of it. Think of it like planning for retirement, you have to lay out a plan and make any necessary adjustments to keep you on track towards your goal. The more you practice it the better you’ll get at it.
I have no clue where to start, can you help?
Absolutely! We’ll be giving all the members that sign-up a breakdown of their daily calories and micro nutrients. This will give you a better idea of how much protein, carbs and fat you should consume on a daily basis.
How will my before/after pictures be used?
The pictures will help us determine the winners. No one will see your pictures except Cesar and Olga. If you’re one of the winners we will ask your permission if we can use your picture (facebook, instagram, and website). We will not publish your picture without your consent.
