Hey Bravo Athletes,
In order to keep everyone safe, I’ve decided not to add the 1RM Front Squat for today. I want everyone to feel 100% before attempting a 1 rep max. You can always make-up the front squat – or any other lift that you might have missed – this coming week or the next. Just let me know in advance.
Bring a Friend Day
On Wednesday Sep 17th bring a friend and you get to enjoy the workout together. It’s free of charge and there’s no need for them to reserve online. Just make sure your friend comes in early to fill out the waiver before class. You can both come to any of the classes on Wednesday (except 6:15pm). It’s a partner workout and there’s no experience necessary. If you have any questions please post to comments or ask me in class.

14 Abmat Sit-ups w/ Slamball, 30/20
*Rest 90 sec after each set.
This is a Partner WOD – Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 200m with a sandbag 50/30lb. Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will grab the sandbag and begin their 400m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.
