This entire week has been all about partner workouts. What’s great about partnering up it’s that you certainly push yourself so much harder during the wod. Also you get to know your fellow crossfitter and it creates team work. I’ve gotten great feed back from the wods so far and today it’s bound to be a favorite.
For next week I have something new that some of you might not like very much but it’s purpose it’s to make you a better CrossFitter.
