It’s been a while since the last time I posted anything….my apologies for that. The last couple of weeks have been great. We have seen so much improvement on our athletes. Everyone who has been following the Strength Cycle is getting PRs on every lift and I’m sure we’ll be seeing many more in the weeks to come. Below we have a few updates for everyone to keep in mind.
Olympic Weightlifting Classes
Beginning July 11th we will be adding an Olympic lifting class every Thursday 7:15p-8:30p. Six people maximum per class.
The Olympic Weightlifting class focuses on the three contested Olympic lifts: the snatch, the clean and the jerk. These lifts have the unique ability to develop an athlete’s explosive power, control of external objects, and mastery of critical motor recruitment patterns.
5 Classes / $90 (BCF Members Only)
10 classes / $150 (BCF Members Only)
You must email us prior to attending our classes. We also require that you’re proficient on most of the lifts and movements. Thank you.
Our Free Trial class it’s now on Saturdays at 9am. You must reserve online, no walk-ins accepted. 8 people maximum per class. Please note that we are no longer offering free trial classes during weekdays.
