“To everyone wanting to start 2013 out healthy. It’s hard. It’s even harder to jump right into it cold turkey. I recommend easing into it. Start with small changes. Week one, cut out sugars and don’t drink any calories. Week two focus on finding high protein foods to eat. Week 3 start exercising 2 days a week. Gradually build up to a healthier lifestyle that you can maintain FOREVER. Not a fad resolution that will wilt away in a month. Most of all….when you have a slip up… Don’t consider it the end all. Make the next meal a good one and keep going. Don’t deprive yourself. Allow yourself something you’d like if you’ve been good all week. Here’s to an awesome new year!! It’s you vs. you!”
