Tomorrow and Thursday are going to be HOT! Be sure to keep hydrated! Drink plenty of water before, during and after your WOD. During intense training your body loses fluids and tomorrow you will be sweating! So it’s critical that you maintain your metabolic functions by having plenty of H2O
