The next couple of weeks at Bravo Crossfit we will be focusing on building strength by technique with our Olympic Lifts and Power Lifts!
Expect to see Snatches, Cleans and Jerks, and the power lift trinity- Squats, Deadlifts and Bench Press.
It’s important to always journalize your weights and rep counts. This sets the foundation of where you started and helps direct your progress with achieving those PR’s!
