I think I speak for everyone when I say that we really enjoyed yesterday’s chipper WOD :-). We even had some newbies who did very well.
On another note, in case you missed my Facebook post that I made yesterday in the BravoCF group here’s a reminder. Class cancellation should be made in advance (NOT 1hr before class starts) in order to give another member the chance to reserve. I know that unexpected things do come up, I also know that there are members who are more committed than others with their training. We have members who after a 12 hour work day still make the effort to come to class. Then there are others who go straight home because they just don’t feel like it or they have to go feed their cat……REALLY?
So in short, PLEASE make every effort to stick with your reservation and in the case you can’t, cancel it in advance or just shoot me a text to let me know. I hope you all understand my point and thanks in advance.
I almost forgot to mention, we are starting a 5:15pm class next week on Wednesday (
Tuesday) and Friday ( Thursday). Many of you are already excited about this new time. We’ll add more days if needed. Our box is growing and it’s all thanks to you the members. Keep spreading the word and the love 😉
