*A great Chipper WOD is in store for today. And yes is gonna take a while so, make good use of your time when you arrive to the gym.
This weekend the new hours begin, Saturday 10am and Sunday 11am. No more excuses about been too early ;-).
So here’s what we did:
35 Box jumps, 24″/20″
35 Squat cleans, 95/65 lbs
35 KBS, 53/35 lbs
35 Power snatches, 95/65 lbs
35 OHS, 95/65 lbs
*Oh man did it sucked!…but as always we pulled thru and everyone finished!!!
