ok my shoulders are beginning to feel a little something from the am JT. PU weights were
55
60
65
2 pood “mr orange”
2 pood plus 5 lbs and got 2 and 3/4 or so, the last PU didn’t quite get my chin over that bar. close though, next time for sure.
Mike was awesome and totally killed it this am as well!!! Loving the am crew lately, great early morning pain! No better way to start the day.
Great job Jim on the weighted pull ups!
Mike sure flew thru it.
Evening class was great. Barbara got a taste of the rings and Chris was introduced to the Handstand push ups.
My cousing Eddie doesn’t know how strong he is. He did 3 pull ups with the 70# kb and made it look easy. He then added the 26# kb and it still looked like he can add more pounds.
Everyone gave their all!
Expect a nice chipper WOD on Saturday!

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
