53lb KB Clean & Jerk
*Kettlebell can NOT touch the ground.

Max reps of Squats in 2 minutes.

    It was a bit tough for Jim to get max reps at 6am. But he still got great numbers!

    Pull-ups= 26 reps
    KB C&J= 72 reps
    Squats= 97 reps

    wanted 30, 75, and 100. oh well, still waking up. nice blister tear too.

    tough workout, but waking up on Fri to bruising on my arms from the KB and a callous tear on my hand was awesome!!!
