This was a good one to get the form right. I think once the motion comes together we’ll all explode on our clean and presses. I predict over 200 lbs on a single lift for a few of the guys.
Dan, you’re my hero on this one. Awesome form.
Alison and Melissa great job as well getting the motion down.
James can clean 200lbs now in his pajamas while he’s having his breakfast. Nick, sorry to disappoint, buddy. I figured if you were using the 95lbs, I could get away with it with some dignity. I was wrong!
Well any pain I had in my legs / calves from the race is gone ….and it has all migrated into my hamstrings. I’m having some serious trouble moving today. Once you guys get a bit more flexibility out of your elbows you’ll all be cleaning some serious weight.
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

what a way to wake up this morning, loved it! Thanks Cesar for the breakdown as well, absolutely will benefit from it in the future.
You got the form down really quick. I can see a sub 10 minute Beth next time it comes around.
I gotta say, I’m not happy with mysself on this one. I should’ve went heavier. My warm-up was interupted, though.
Yea tom I’m too happy with you myself. I was expecting you to go as r’xed on this one… you’re slackin man
