    Good choice for a WOD, too. Forced us to get better at handstand push-ups. My lats aren’t very happy with you, but they can shut up! That, and I love doing muscle-ups.

    Nice job on the Turkish get-up, Cesar, that was beastly! I’m just glad that 70lb KB FINALLY got some love! And Tommy, I’m assumming you mean your “traps” hurt? Not your “lats”, right? If not, I have no idea how in god’s name you managed to work-out your lats on such hardcore shoulder exercises?!?! I know my traps are pretty sore over here.

    Yes, I do mean traps, though my lats are a little sore, too. Prolly from lowering down from each muscle-up.

    I just did Tuesday’s “Ladder” workout 20 – 1 squats, 1 – 20 push-ups) for the hell of it… and just for added torture (and to slow me down even more, since you know I refuse to push myself at breakneck speed) I used a 28 pound vest… Needless to say, my mission was accomplished! My time? 32 minutes!!!! Ha!

    210… you did 210 squats and push-ups in 30 minutes – and with a weight vest (I mean, of course, why wouldn’t you do that?) No wonder you’re killing it on weekends… nice one, bruva.

    I’m just happy I finally got motivated to do a workout at Crossfit-Saffadi by myself. Lord knows I have the gear! :)

    Ok, so Mark, since you like competition, rock this one tomorrow -3 rounds of – 50 24″ box jumps, 21 bodyweight deadlifts, and 30 pull ups for time. I know you need competitiveness, so I did it today and got 30 minutes, but went above my bodyweight (I went to 185lbs). Let’s see if you got the motivation on your own during the week since you can’t get to class.
