Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

If you fail to complete the round within the minute, record the minute and that is your score. Then continue with the rounds until the 20 minutes are up.

    Joe, awesome job as well! Too bad you got a rip and had to stop at 15 min. I’m sure you’ll be hitting the 20 minutes as well.
    Tommy, 8 minutes+8 rounds and Mark, maybe 6 minutes + some more rounds…… glad to have you guys back!
