Get ready to get stronger!  We’ll be implementing some strength skills for the next six to eight weeks.

For today’s workout we got pull-ups, toes to bar, push-ups and pistols.

    ps – I was thinking how much it sucked going to the wrong station and screwing up my fgb. I was not happy.

    It’s nice to get some single arm/leg movements going. It really highlights the weakness and imbalances. My left arm is comically weaker than my right.
