    I totally sucked it on the double-unders, which killed my time. Not to mention only doing 115-pound thrusters. I’m hideous, look away!

    Don’t worry Tom, a little practice on the double-unders and you’ll leave everyone behind. You made the thrusters look easy.

    Well I’m really glad I found crossfit.I plan to make it a part of my life.I took it easy on yesterdays wod but I plan to train harder in the future.As well as strenth these exercises require much technique that I hope to learn
