ahhhh, nice quick whooping tonight. first time doing 93lb thrusters (diff. bar prevented the full 95lb), definitely made my time higher than the 75lb ones I have done in the past. Great staple WOD to improve on for next time! Amazing job by all for sure, some impressive times!
Stellar effort from everyone…….specially the women!
Dan, I’m with you on that….they make my chest feel like is on fire.
Jim, great time on Fran!
Steve, next time you’ll hit 6:30min for sure.
Mike you’re an animal! 2:58 is just unfreakingreal.

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
