Consistency

In order to succeed as a CrossFitter you must follow the three-part charter: Mechanics, Consistency and Intensity.  Mechanics and Intensity can only improve if  you’re consistent in the CrossFit workouts. The question of commitment and consistency comes up whenever a client registers and then we only see them a couple of times a month. This can make the learning process and your advancement in CrossFit very difficult. CrossFitters need to be very focused and strive for the utmost commitment, determination, positive attitude, and goal setting. These are not merely words but must be followed through with action. As CrossFit trainers we want you to show dedication and determination.
Some clients rush in a week before a big event, without having trained for months and want to get in top shape in a few days! It just does not work like this. This is why it is so important not to miss classes!! If you want to see results you have to stick with the CrossFit workouts!!

Set the precedent that you always finish what you
start– everyone should have that “no quit, go-for-it attitude!”
