With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Today: 16 min + 12 reps (PR)
11/02/08: 14 min + 8 reps
07/03/08: 13 min + 7 reps
Made it through 12 mins + 8 reps.
