With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

    My last day at Bravo CF! It was a good summer and a pleasure to suffer through WODs with you all. As the saying goes, you always remember your first… CrossFit gym :)

    Today: 16 min + 12 reps (PR)
    11/02/08: 14 min + 8 reps
    07/03/08: 13 min + 7 reps
