“Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

I’m going to feel this tomorrow…..
Pull-ups, 11-8-6-6-4-5-4-5= 49
Push-ups, 14-8-6-6-6-6-5-6= 57
Sit-ups, 7-11-8-8-7-7-8-7= 63
Squats, 19-13-12-12-11-11-10-11= 99
Total= 268
This was crazy… but Eric and Ben still goaded me into doing some kettlebell snatches afterwards. couldn’t resist!
Pull-ups: 12 + 10 + 10 + 9 + 9 + 8 + 8 + 7 = 73
Push-ups: 15 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 8 + 7 + 7 + 4 = 71
Sit-ups: 8 + 7 + 6 + 7 + 6 + 6 + 6 + 5 = 51 = the sucks
Squats: 17 + 17 + 16 + 16 + 13 + 13 + 12 + 15 = 119
Total = 314
Pull ups: 9,7,5,5,5,6,5,5
Push ups: 16,10,10,8,7,6,6,6
Sit ups: 11,8,7,6,8,7,7,7
Squats: 12,11,11,9,9,8,10,14
Total: 261
Could have pushed a lot harder on the squats. I just wanted it to be over. This is one of those WODs that would benefit from “gaming” although I don’t know if I should…
I wasn’t aware of this: “The score is the least number of reps for any of the eight intervals.”
Makes my score 5 + 6 + 6 + 8 = 25
I’ll post my rounds when I get home from work, the pushups killed me on this one although my quad still twitches when I try to hold down the clutch in my car
@Ben, I know that some tabattas are scored that way…I don’t think its a standard though, but it is a hell of a lot easier to count that way
