Olga, not bad for your first time. We need to work on your form
I did 135lb, then Eric and I decided to do Push Jerks for max reps. I cranked out 7 reps. It felt really good
I thought there’s no way I can do 95lb today but that last one went up and felt great. Triple digits next time!
So I thought the press – push press – push jerk wod would help loosen up my shoulders…I felt good for a bit but now I’m realizing I was wrong
I decided to go back for the evening class to work on my press technique. I did much better. I was able to press the same 53lbs that I could not in the morning. Just have to work more on strength.
