Pull-up!!!

5 rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up

For weighted pull-ups place a dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.

Post time, load and number of sets to completion.

    Brutal… I did 6 rounds in 13:15 using 25# for the first 4 and then 20#.

    I did an aggressive and sloppy version of ten rounds using the following weights for 2 rounds each; 20,18,15,10,5 in a total time of 30;03

    Each round I did 8 strict pull-ups with the green band. Time 4:59.
    I have to work a lot more on my kipping.

    I had delusions of doing 10 rounds, then reality dragged me back to earth and reminded me that i suck at weighted and strict pullups

    I got 6 rounds in about 20 min
