I have not done this WOD in a long time.
135, 140, 145, 155, 160 PR*
This was fun. I got up to 120 (PR) though I need to work on form at that weight.
I don’t think I’ve ever done this one, it would have been nice to have some more time..135 145,155, 165, 170(PR)
I worked on technique for the HPC, then I did,
Five rounds of:
112# Deadlift, 5 reps
10 Burpees
7:03
Worked on form for the most part. I hadn’t done any barbell stuff in a few months. Worked up to 115# for a few triples.
