I completed 6 rounds and used the 35# KB. All rounds were unbroken.
I definitely need to work on the KB swings.
Ugh 5 rounds for me today – gotta work on getting through those hspu’s quicker
I’m a little nervous about this workout… muscle-ups AND HSPUs both hard. Did you do the muscle-ups or sub with pull-ups and ring dips?
@Josh, Eric & I both did kneeling / jumping mu’s – I think the bottom of the rings were at 66″ for me. I’ve been gradually highering them inch by inch

This WOD is now one of my favorites. I completed 7 rounds all unbroken.
This was a lot of fun, I did some heavy DLs in the warm up for some stength work then 7 rounds of nate with the jumping MU (66″ to bottom) and 2 abmats under head for the HSPU and KB swings were with the 53#s…was definitely brutal…
