    I did sets of 5 working up to 175 x 4, and 185 x 3…it’s been to long since we last squatted

    I also felt kinda sore from Eva the other day but after this morning I’m having trouble walking around the office

    Even with a day of rest, it was not enough to recover from Eva. No leg work tomorrow, I promise :)

    I was glad it was a leg day today… my shoulders and arms are still sore from Eva. Today’s loads: warm-up with 75 / 105, then 5 sets of 135. Thanks all for the tips on form! Looking forward to next time.

    This was my second time doing squats with some weight. I think I did pretty good.
    5 sets at 83 pounds.
