    3 Ring body rows
    3 Ring dips w/blue band

    This was my first time doing muscle ups. Managed to get 10 in under 20 minutes.

    Thats awesome Ben! I’m still working towards them…I ended up doing 30 jumping muscle in 8:17 with the bottom of the rings at 69″ – which was a pr by 3″ & 13 seconds

    Great job, Ben! Very impressive going from 0 to 10 MUs. For me, learning to kip made a world of difference. This time, the hips shot up and then helped me fall right into dip position. I pulled off the 30 in 12:20 (?). Fun stuff.
