    In Russia, bar holds on to you. Callus tear.

    95# in about 16 minutes

    This one was a real bear on the grip… I also did 95 in about 15 minutes

    Haha, I was curious about that myself. I actually didn’t know until I weighed myself afterward; I am down to 160. I wasn’t sure if I should really count it as a PR because when I was 175 my 5RM was 295.

    I did 85# in 14:26. Consecutive cleans were definitely tough on the grip.
